Adult Classes
A welcoming space to explore, experiment, and grow as an artist — no experience necessary, just curiosity.
WET FELTING
Wet felting is a traditional craft where loose wool fibers are layered and, through hot water, soap, and agitation, transformed into a solid piece of fabric. Students can take the resulting image in any direction — abstract or clearly defined — making the process as personal as it is hands-on. Finished pieces can be further embellished with embroidery or beading to accent colors and shapes, adding another layer of detail to the finished work.

FELTED SOAP
A fun, crafty project that wraps a bar of soap in a layer of hand-felted wool, creating a soft, textured exfoliating soap that's as beautiful as it is functional. Students will experiment with color and layering while learning the wet felting technique from start to finish.
It's a quick, satisfying project — and makes a great handmade gift for yourself or someone else.

DRAWING DISCOVERIES
Whether you're looking to sharpen existing skills or just starting your drawing adventure, this class offers instruction across a variety of mediums and techniques. Students will explore line, shading, proportion, and composition at their own pace, building a stronger drawing foundation with every session. It's a supportive space to experiment, make mistakes, and grow as an artist, regardless of where you're starting from.

SKETCHBOOKING — THE NEXT STEP
What do you do with all of those sketchbook pages — the ones that never turned into a final piece, didn't work out, or just weren't the right palette? This class offers guided inspiration to transform that "unfinished" work into something new, teaching students to see potential in pages they might otherwise pass over. It's a class about revision, reinvention, and finding the art hiding inside work you thought was done.

HAND PAPER
MAKING
Students will explore the traditional craft of papermaking through two techniques: Western-style sheet forming using the mould and deckle method, or pulp painting, a technique that handles more like working with clay. Both approaches turn raw fiber into a finished, tactile piece of art, giving students a hands-on understanding of how paper itself is made. It's a rare opportunity to work with a material from the ground up.
