Karron Nottingham: Sculptural Works

What began as a lifelong curiosity about how form and material work together has grown into a body of work rooted in folklore, instinct, and the natural world. Each piece begins as raw material and is shaped, layered, and built by hand until it holds weight the way a flat canvas never could.

Mixed Media Sculptures

Surfaces build and recede, colors layer over texture, and materials most people would overlook — foam, cardboard, paper pulp — take on a weight and depth that photographs can only hint at.

Commissioned Work

Contact karron

Karron accepts a limited number of commissioned pieces each year, working closely with each client to bring their vision into dimensional form. Whether inspired by a personal story, a favorite landscape, or an idea that's never quite found its shape, Karron brings the same hand-built process — foam, cardboard, and handmade paper, layered and shaped by hand — to every commission, creating a piece as personal as it is one-of-a-kind.
